Refund Policy
Sommers Plastic Products Co. is committed to customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email or our customer service phone at (800) 225-7677, or fax us at (973) 777-7890, for a return authorization number. Returns should be shipped with prepaid shipping, with the return authorization clearly marked on the outside of the package. Your account will then be credited for the original invoice amount. Should the material be returned due to no fault of Sommers Plastic Products Co., there may be a 25% restocking charge that would apply.
